An order for items packed in 10 or more boxes, depending on overall weight (normally over 100Kg), will likely be sent out on a wooden pallet delivery service. All pallet deliveries are made by a 3rd Party Carrier Service on the Nationwide PalletForce Network.

Each Parcels Courier or Pallet Carrier Service has their own special ways of operating and you will receive a further notice from us, on confirmation of your order, as to what to expect and how to prepare for the delivery.

Meanwhile, here is some brief information, explaining what you can normally expect with the overall process and estimated lead times for the picking and shipment of your items from the warehouse and ultimately the delivery to your address.

PARCELS DELIVERY SERVICE:

Shipment from the warehouse

Economy service

If you have selected "Mainland UK 2-3 Business Days" delivery service, the picking time for despatching your items from the warehouse is normally up to 2 working days (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays).

Premium service

If you have selected "Mainland UK 1-2 Business Days" delivery service and placed your order by 10am we would normally aim to despatch your items from the warehouse the same working day (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) for delivery the next working day. Later than 10am your items will most likely be sent out the following working day.

Delivery following shipment:

This is normally the next working day after despatch from the warehouse and during normal business hours Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm.

Changes to normal service:

These are only normal estimated times for picking, despatch and delivery. Circumstances may mean the order is shipped and/or delivery comes sooner or later, so you need to be ready and prepared to accept delivery once you have received the order confirmation from us.

Exceptions:

Please note that deliveries to Ireland and N. Ireland and some postcodes in Scotland may take longer.

Notification of despatch:

If you have provided an email address, you will normally receive an email to notify you that your items have been sent out for delivery with the tracking number. If no email address has been provided you may receive notification by SMS text.

For bespoke orders, we will normally aim to notify you by email when the parcels have been sent out.

Notification of delivery:

If you have provided a mobile (not landline) contact number, you should receive a text with up to a 1- 3 hour time slot for delivery on the day (depending on the courier service), but it cannot be changed and sending this text can never be guaranteed.

Receipt on delivery:

A signature is normally required on delivery. If you cannot be available at the location throughout the days you are expecting to receive the delivery, you have the option of nominating a safe place outside your property for the parcels to be left e.g. in the porch or garage (at your own risk) or with a neighbour or you can contact us to request a delivery either before 10am or before 12 noon.

Any of these options need to be agreed with us before the items have been shipped from the warehouse and there is an extra charge for the timed options from the courier..

Before 10 am  £14.00 + vat 20%

Before 12 noon £17.00 + vat 20%.
