Online Orders are placed on the website at www.jbconline.co.uk.
All prices on the website are shown in British Pounds Sterling including the jar lid, bottle cap or cork closure and capsule (if applicable) and with Vat 20%, but excluding the cost of shipping.
There is an option to ‘Estimate’ the cost of shipping on each of the product listing pages. Just select the quantity of the product, click on ‘Estimate Shipping’ and enter your delivery postcode.
Otherwise, the cost of shipping will be calculated and shown to you on the ‘Checkout’ page
The cost of shipping is calculated depending on (i) whether the items are sent out on a combined parcels (APC or DPD) or pallet (PalletForce Network) delivery service (ii) the overall weight (iii) delivery postcode and (iv) whether you have chosen economy or premium shipping/delivery service.
Parcels will normally be our delivery service of choice for 8-10 boxes with a combined weight of less than 100kg, otherwise your items will more likely be delivered on a wooden pallet service.

Making payments:
Our preferred online payment service provider Is Shopify Payments. This is a secure encrypted payment facility exclusively available to Shopify customers worldwide, accepting all major credit and debit cards (maestro, Mastercard, Visa). We can also accept payments via ShopPay, ApplePay and GooglePay.
We do not have a facility to accept payments by cheque or using Paypal. If you do not wish to pay by card and prefer to pay using online banking, we can send you our bank details on request to make a payment using BACS. Confirmation of Order:
Once you have completed your order online, you will receive an automated confirmation of your order from Shopify Payments by email or SMS text if no email is provided, which is also your Vat invoice receipt.
For ‘Bespoke Orders’ (not completed online) following an individual quote, you will receive a pro forma invoice for approval directly from Intuit QuickBooks with a URL link to pay by Card on a secure encrypted payment facility at Stripe.com unless you prefer to pay on BACS. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a vat invoice receipt.
Shipment/Delivery:
Online and Bespoke Orders are normally shipped from our main warehouse in Scunthorpe unless you prefer to collect from the warehouse or make special arrangements for collection from our London depot. During the online process, orders may be changed or cancelled up to when payment is finally made on Checkout. To amend or cancel an order after Checkout payment has been made please contact the sales team as soon as possible by email to sales@jbconline.co.uk. or by telephone on 020 8158 4646.
Should items ordered not be in stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative, to discuss the estimated time for arrival for new stock or to agree to a full refund.
